Gradient Mesh

For this project, I grabbed what was closest to me which was my keys. I thought I would specifically do my car key because it is what enables my car to take me places to keep my life entertaining. I decided I do something that is worth it. I figured to make it cool and unique that I input all my favorite colors into it and scatter them completely throughout the key itself. If I was to do this project, again I would make the design have a bit more of a clear to be seen pattern.

Business Cards

This assignment was very fun and simple and set us all up for success, because promoting your work with business cards is the first go to for all businesses. I liked this a lot. It was a good starting blocking for people getting introduced to InDesign just like me.

Somewhere

Now this one was a ton of fun to even think about. I liked this assignment a lot. At first, I had no clue what would look best. I was first inspired to take a picture of me and put it either on a billboard on put myself on stage with one of my favorite music arts, but no I actually decided to put myself in a snow globe at a store. So, I went to Target, found an ideal snow globe, snapped a picture of the globe, and then took a picture of myself later that day, and put myself into the globe! I had no clue that Photoshop had a puppet warp feature, where you can literally turn yourself into a puppet. It is so cool!

B/W to Color

Analogous Monochromatic Triad Complementary Compound Shades This project was really cool. I enjoyed this one, even though it was a little tricky and took the most time. It was so cool highlighting an image of myself in the 6 different versions of the Adobe color scale. The six versions of the scale are in order. The 6 are Analogous, Monochramatic, Triad, Complementary, Compound, and Shades. I had no clue that there was as many different shades/styles of one color. I personally think that the Triad color scheme is my personal favorite one.

Logos

This logo was made to resemble my love for how I view the world and live my life day by day. I love to explore and visit new places while recording it with a camera, that is usually always with me. Going out and having fun seeing new things has been one of the most beneficial ways of relieving the stress that builds up in my life on the daily. So, the logo is an eye with the letter J for my last name "Janzer" engraved into it. Where as, the color around portrays the ocean that is all around us! I am personally very happy with how this logo came out. It honestly took me a while to get an idea for what I could come up with for this assignment.

Self Portrait Poster

When it came down to choosing the right photo for this assignment, I wanted to go for a picture that is calming. Growing up, my dad would always pontificate while around me, so I picked that characteristic trait from him. I am very picky of myself in pictures too, and personally I am not such a fan of the original picture, but I felt like this picture was one that meshed well with the assignment of making a poster out of a self candid of yourself with a simple saying that matches who you are.
